Clinton Township, MI
The Plaids just finished a great 2 show day in Clinton Township, Michigan at the Macomb Center for the Performing Arts. This is kind of a notorious house for tours to go through for a couple of reasons. One is that all the tours that come through decorate a ceiling panel that covers the backstage hallways. It’s really fun to walk through and see not only some great artwork hanging from the ceiling, but a lineage of Broadway actors who were getting the start in early tours. The other is “Mom”-she’s always waiting for the actors with food and hugs. She’s super sweet-I came through this house almost 10 years ago when I toured with South Pacific and it was really great deja vu!

The Forever Plaid National Tour Company!
Saw this picture in Johnstown, PA, and thought it looked like Barter’s Artistic Director, Rick Rose on the violin!

Day off!
The beauty of this post is that I have no idea what any of the Plaids are doing today, because we are all on a very needed day off! Myself, I’m sitting on my couch, watching my TV, in my apartment in New York City. Aaaaaahhh. Action starts back up Tuesday in Bradford, Pennsylvania, where we will be joined by our director, Mr. Bobby Randle (as pictured below).

Pittsfield, MA
Hey all,
Scott here, reporting from the bus, as we are on our way to the beautiful Colonial Theatre in Pittsfield, Massachusetts for tonight’s show! We are heading into the cold weather too, so everyone is bundled up today. It’s almost been a month out on the road, and I thought you should all get to know the Plaids a little better, so I thought I’d post a little something on each of the guys. Let me know what you want to know and I’ll put up a profile on each of the “Pladdies!”
I leave you with a shot of the lobby at the show last night in Frederick, Maryland. A constant reminder of our chosen path…
Vienna, VA
Hey all, Sorry I’ve not posted in the past few days. I went home to Tulsa, OK to see my cousin get married. We play the barns at the Wolf Trap theatre tonight, which is a great regional house. I look forward to the show and to being that close to DC! More to come later!
